Rugged winds pierce your skin's surface.
Hair on your arms rise, as the breeze takes you by surprise.
Your nose turns red and you start to sniffle.
At that moment you know its winter.

Warm blankets and hot chocolate warm your body.
The warmth of another warms only your heart,
As he holds you tightly, he stares right through you.

The coldness brings this reason for sorrow.
Naturally grim and blue.
As the whole world will soon turn blue,
So have you.

The winter weather,
So harsh and mean,
So lovely,

Living in a breeze of peaceful agony.

LOOK AT MY PROFILE. DO IT.

Other than a few grammatical and spelling errors, this poem is very well written. I love the description and imagery you put into each line. Great job!

I love this poem. It's really good! The air literally turns frosty around me as I read this. Amazing work. "The hair on your arms rise as the breeze takes you by surprise" Love that part. It has a smooth flow to it.
