I See You
Her head lurking with demons, her vulnerability is that of a doorway without a door. Her hinges missing, her screws loosened; who will be her saving grace? In a world where fact replaces imagination, hope is only found in the children’s eyes- their innocent hearts unprepared for disappointment as vast as growing up. Old hymns now traded for vices that kill. Greeting death is far more attractive that overcoming our foes. For sin is sexy, but smiles as blank as the ceiling are not.
