Her eyes screamed for saving,
while her voice was saying
she'd already found it.
She yearned to say
"I am not a prize"
but they only looked
towards her body.
Her lips would move,
letting go of words
that never impacted them anyways.
She was no longer naive,
her eyes held too much knowledge
to be so innocent.
