Leaving
Sometimes I want to try again
To flee this wretched place
Find a way out of this world
And feel the cold embrace
Slip away from all this pain
Run and hide from my life
Escape from this twisted hell
So I don’t have to use my knife
But I continue to move on
Although I don’t want to be here
Moving along on this path
Inside there is so much fear
I apologize if I hurt you
I’m sorry if I make you cry
I’d rather not try again
But I cannot see a reason why
