Blaring chimes and cuckoos and cymbals

Collide

Loud, racous elements

Giving way for something simple

It's just one o'clock

13 different clocks and, possibly,

Seven with different sounds

Every fifteen minutes

My favorite?

My grandfather's grandfather clock
