Tears
tears run down my face
as i cry from the
pain
of the world
the dangerous
perilous
grasp
the tendrils of doubt
as they sneak into the
crevices
of my brain,
my mind.
the source:
the people i love
i care for
as they blind me with false words
unknown to the rest of the world
And here my tears go unnoticed
as i run from the grief
and i shield myself
As a car passes by
blinding me with headlights
Only to catch a glance of the water emanating
From my hazel, red-rimmed eyes,
as they disappear,
into the dark
