Inferno
i think my body's gone on fire
my head is filling with smoke
my thoughts and morals seem foggy
and i'm running out of hope
my body, my being, has been set ablaze
leaving me in a daze
i blinkk and i see is grey
and memories from that frightful day
i feel the smoke descend into my lungs
i taste the heat burning my tongue
the building, its getting hotter
the room, it in engulfed in flames of red
im screaming to an empty room
"Why am i not dead?!"
and then the voices, malice in their tone, tell me:
"Silly girl, the fire's in your head."
