The unemployed single parents
Mr.unemployed has ripped pants, same shirt
A smile appearance that always hurts,
Head low,
a pain he tries not to show,
His hair is a mess
He tries to dress to impress,
To get a job to fill the hole from recession
High
rising
infatuation,
He has eyes filled with tears
He's always in fear,
Anxious to move on
He tries to be strong,
But
His
body
is
weary,
Because his wallet barely has money,
His faith in god is shaken
His
spirit
is
almost
broken,
He seeks the bible,
Believeing
all
men
aren't
created
equal,
Life and death payments
Food, clothes, and shelther
Is
there
hope
in
the
future?
Decisions made to make nickels and dimes
He's trying not to cry
Hole in his socks and shoes
Not
place
to
live
on
the
avenue,
A single parent during recession
Yet, he survived by
Motivation.
