Sunsets
Oh sunsets
forever an elusive beauty
as red as lava's last breath
filled with pools of gold and rose
but good things have an end
as the sun dies
the world cools into a
ashy wan; As night enshrouds
each one a new glory
another day gone
Oh what wonders will
we be gifted with tomorrow
as the sun continues
it's everlasting cycle
