The Great Pyramids-A Tiring Process
The scorching sun beams,
drips of sweat fall.
Thirsty and fatigued,
we push through our pain.
Heavy limestones pushed,
each weighing 2 tons.
Exhausted and weary,
we push through our pain.
Limestones are pushed up far too tall ramps,
making it tough to hold the stone up.
Worn out and weak,
we push through our pain.
After years of hard work, the pyramid stands tall,
20 years of labor pays off.
Accomplished and proud,
we pushed through our pain.
