Ballad or Pallad
Two kids I see,
Staring down at the eggs of thee.
Wanting to touch,
Maybe put in a pouch.
For all I know,
Since I am a dinosaur.
Wait,
Bait.
How do I know the word kids?
And the word bids?
So candid,
But so banded.
For once in my life,
Where is my wife?
She can tell me,
What has become of we.
How am I so calm?
Why is there lip balm?
Wait,
Bait,
Kids,
Bids,
Calm,
Balm.
How can I rhyme?
Oh, the time.
Wind blowing,
Crows crowing.
Touch,
Pouch,
Life,
Wife,
Candid,
Banded.
How can I make a ballad,
Out of something so pallad.
