A Ship And A Swan
A ship that comes and goes
Never stays for too long
Sees places all over his world
Not wanting to become attached
For the fear of having to let go
Because he lost his first love
A swan that's always on the run
Never wanting to let people in
Sees different families all the time
Not ever feeling as a part of one
For the fear of feeling unwanted
Because her parents gave her away
A ship and a swan with troubled pasts
Needing to stay, to give into love
Sees the pain in the others eyes
Now ready to stick together
Forever, two broken hearts as one
Because they truly love one another
