Ouside Looking In
Looking back
I realized
Realized I should have believed
Believing her
Would have helped her so much
That's when she came to me
Crying for help
Crying for the pain to end
Suddenly,
I didn't believe her
She was always dramtic
That's why I didn't believe her
Her feelings were hurt
I know this
Because for once I looked deep into her eyes
After that
She went down a long road
The road she went down
Led her to cutting and suicide attempts
Either one not helping her
After that
I saw something
I saw a little bit of me in her
I finally saw the depression
After all this time
I finally believe her
Finally believe the pain
I wish I would of believed her
My poor daughter
In more pain because of me
Dear, daughter
I'm sorry for the pain I caused
Please forgive me
For I wrote for you
Daughter I hope you forgive me
For you
I'm on the oustide looking in.
