Searching in a river
of light and halcyon,
clouds swimming in
the sun,
skeleton trees
raising arms as if
to reach god.
Enchanting green grass
stitched into lanes
like ribbons,
towering flowers
grow.
Two bows, a basket, and a willow tree.
Your grey eyes,
dancing to the
count of my freckles-
love engulfing the
breaths that I take.
Your baby teeth,
pearls in the
soft sunlight.
Where did you go?
