Definition of Love
Love is an action, an emotion, a thought, a word. It is smiling when you get a text from them or them looking at your photo every day. It's not just "feelings" or "crush" or a "phase"
Love is unconditional. No matter what they did, you still love them. And when you're gone... you're all they think about. It is when you sing songs that remind you of them and that helps you get though the day. Sometimes... it is even letting them go... and if they don't come back... then you move on....
Love is the feeling of belonging. And not the kind like in a group, but like you could be no where else and feel quite as right when you're in their arms. It's a feeling of seeking, seeking for their heart, and trying to captivate it even for a moment, it is calling their name through pure darkness and you still keep faith that they're still out there somewhere, calling you too.
Love is when you start drawing from pencil to colored pencil. Tears to laughter. And even when you're sad one word that comes from them can make every thing soak into place.
Love is when there's just you, and them, slow dancing through life, flying through time like birds in the night, and in the atmosphere there's nothing but their breath mixed with yours, and the only thing you hear is their soft humming and the pounding of your heart because the love you have for them is overwhelming.
Love is when they begin to notice time changing you, and they learn to love that new you more, even more than they did your old one.
Love is when everything else is put aside if they say they need you, when you both share the same fate in each other's arms.
Love is when the world could say anything they want to, do what they want to, but no matter what nothing could ever separate you and them. Nothing could break up that eternal gaze into your eyes that they give you, as their hand is entwined in yours, your hearts and souls align.
And that is love.
