Wandering from Hades in the Kingdom of the Dead
Awakened. A life started. A startled gasp. A cry.
Followed. The life expected for me.
Told. Make life worth it, adorn fame, and expire heroic.
Survived. The thing I am adequate enough to have done.
Passed. The day I strove for prominence in this world.
Perished. It was simply done. One night in bed.
Awaited. For the gods to take me to them.
Settled. My life and my feelings with the ones I loved.
Gasped. Startled and finished.
Criticized. Not good. Not bad.
Finalized. Mino’s word is definite. Running won’t do.
Transported: The fields of Asphodel
Disinterested. No activity. No life. No blood.
Tired. Soon to be no single soul left.
Forgotten. A life over. A final gasp. A cry.
