Fear I am; REVISED
I am a shackle, a binding. I grip people, holding them in place. I hide under beds and in closets. I'm death, I am darkness. I am pain. I am that child running away. I am that serial killer, that phone call. I'm the drug addict, that child abuser. I'm the rebel teen, the suicidal father, the sick mother. I'm illness. I'm hatred. I'm the bad grades on a report card, the disaproving looks of a parent. The helpless child. The angry sibling. I am the bad guy in every story. I live in every person. I'm every persons enemy. All know me, few stand up to me. I am a murderer, I am gossip, I AM FEAR. I take joy in others pain. I myself have but one fear, fear of being defeated by the one thing that can defeat me; the Light.

This is the revised version I wrote. The spelling is better, and it makes more since. I wrote this because I know that fear is the bases of what holds us back. Fear can be defeated. You just have to find the light!
