Breathe In, Then Out
When I see you
And our two blue eyes intersect in their orbits
I feel the air sigh with contentment
And yes I know that gray skies sit patiently
Positioned to descend the moment our two shadows diverge
And depart into the rushing whirlwind of a world
I know that rain will come
And words will scar
And the blackness of the sky will consume even the sun
But I see you
And it's okay
It really is
