Once upon a silent midnight
I fell in love with you
We sang a lovely tone till light
but here we are alone
Nobody here to hold us tight
love forsaken to the sea
I sing a long and lonely song
of pain and bleeding broken heart
I wonder when this song will end
maybe then we’ll make amends
On sleepless nights still I sing
I wish upon the moon so sweet
to bring back my hope and light
to send me guardian wings alight
The melancholy moon so bright
catch your dreams hold them tight
