No doors or windows,

  just four blank walls.

No bed to lay on, just

  a stiff backed chair.

Where are my books?

Where are my words?

Where are the people that

  I love the most?

Have they all disappeared

  like I have been?

Trapped in my mind,

  like an animal at the zoo.

Trapped with the razor sharp

  words that sting my skin.

Where is the door to let me

  out?

My voice is gone, no words

  come out.

I'm stuck in a black and

  white movie with no sound.

Slowly losing my mind, as I'm

  trapped in a prison called my mind.
