The Fall
The dry and fallen leaves crunch underfoot,
The sun is not as harsh with its bright rays.
The leaves are brighter than the lightest soot,
The forest looks like it was set ablaze.
There is many a holiday in Fall,
From Thanksgiving to spooky Hallow’s Eve.
Unfortunately the season is small,
And when Fall finally leaves I shall grieve.
Yet all of the leaves get everywhere
And wherever you walk, it feels like ice.
There is always a frost in the cold air,
And don’t forget all of the pumpkin spice.
The campfires were lit with a bright glow,
I find myself wishing that fall will not go.
