So small,
But endless possibilities

I ask myself.
I am no longer me,
Yet someone I don't recognize

Childhood gone;
Innocence gone;
Freedom gone.

Straight faced, trying not to break.
Tired of waiting, tired of being so damn tired,
With nothing to hold onto.

What happened to me?
You changed me
When you promised you wouldn't
I trusted you...

What happened to me?
You, you happened to me.
I jumped through hoops for you,
But look where that got me.

What happened to me?
You grew up they say;
Hardened.
Saw what the real world was all about.

What happened to me?
I blame you,
Because I have no one left to blame.
But I still don't know what happened to me...
