wide-eyed dreams and wrongful forgiving
the eager yet exhausting feeling of being alone
hope is a hug I am tired of depending on
but hope is soft
hope is warm
hope is the sun and the stars
I am forever dreaming of the embrace you’ve made me so
tired of depending on
deepened upon my ambitious love
my heart is forgiving your wrongful hug
