Old Milwaukee- A Taste of Bliss
Bright faced I stand in front of an intricate array of colors,
Light glistening across the glossy surface of the items inside.
I salivate as I admire the welcoming assortment.
Sweets of every kind, each one unique and flavorful,
Small packages in an inquisitive display.
Fathoming the taste fills my head with happiness and joy.
Unimaginable blissfulness accompany every bite,
Lucid flavors flooding my taste buds.
Non intrinsic objects seem almost essential to my young brain.
Even as I stand in this exhibit I feel it,
Sensations from my childhood flood my mind.
Such flavors present bliss from a time long forgotten.
