Walking on ice,

Roll the dice.

Love is war,

Can't take anymore.

Once we were doves,

Doves in love.

Now we stand face to face,

No love to trace.

My heart you wield,

My soul left unhealed.

I broke the spell,

Goodbye farewell.

The author's comments:

This poem describes love and how it can be as deadly as war due to cheaters and the haters. Like rolling a dice, love can be tricky and sometimes you are walking into unknown territory and you never know what you'll get but like walking on ice, love can leave you feeling tarpped and on unsturdy ground.

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]
