If there's one thing I've learned
There's only one thing to yearn
Love for ones self
It's good for your health
For me its easy to see
That the one person who'll always be there is me
Take care of mind, body, soul
And you'll surely achive your goal

I like this poem because you have to love yourself and learn how to get through tough times on your own.

I liked this poem because it tells you that you should always be there for yourself because other people aren't always going to be there to help you when you need help.
