And let go of the past.
Search his eyes for something
You were told wouldn't last.
Watch the clock tick seconds
Getting faster as you go.
Feed your heart the love
No one else ever showed.
Run towards the music
It's an eraser, yet a pen.
Rest on forever's doorstep
Hoping it will let you in.
