BRIDGE
Just let him out, just let him out, just let him out
Let out the monster
Just let him out, just let him out, just let him out
Let out the monster

I see it’s shadow moving across the room
Trying to capture me
No matter where I try to hide
It always finds me
And every time I run away
It catches up to me
((spoken)) I can’t take it anymore

CHORUS
There’s a monster in the closet
And he’s trying to eat me
No matter where I trap him
He’s always trying to leave
I don’t know what to do
With the monster in the closet
What if other people see him
Would he try to eat them too?
No I don’t know what to do
With the monster in the closet
Should I just set him free?

Everywhere I go, he’s always there starin’ me down
Every time someone notices him, they laugh at me
So I break down and cry
Cause there’s a monster stalking me

BRIDGE

CHORUS

((spoken)) He’s there in the back of my mind, beggin’ to be set free
What do I do
The decisions killing me
What do I do
There’s a monster after me

BRIDGE

It’s time to let him out
And I making the right choice?
((spoken)) I’m just so scared
But how much longer can I run and hide?

CHORUS

BRIDGE

That was excellent, I can't write song lyrics like this...actually I can't write them at all. But this was really impressive, sort of spooky, I could almost picture the melody in my head.
