Cloudy Days
Foggy Mornings, Cloudy Days,
Leave us Wondering and bring us Haze
What would happen if there were Days,
Where it didn’t seem like such a Maze.
Where we wouldn’t be surprised these Days
And just sit around and Gaze.
Where there wouldn’t be Delays,
And I could sit by the Bay.
When are the Sunny nights and dark Days,
That leave us Fazed?
Where we just Lay
And Stay,
And watch the world pass Away.
Then some Days
I love to Gaze
And watch as nothing goes Away.
As a ballerina Ballets,
Over a dark floor of Grey.
Before it fades and turns to Haze,
We have to sit and Gaze
And Hope she doesn’t go away.
Let’s hope the floor goes to a Blaze
Beneath her, she Lays.
She watches the world through a Maze.
But Faraway
She goes and Stays
And now she dances over Hay.
She doesn’t have to go through Days
Looking though a thick Haze.
I say Okay
To this Day
And wait again for the Maze the next Days.
