Dear Santa
I sent you my list,
Though I think there's one thing I missed.
I decided not to include it on the paper,
You see, I don't think you can get her.
She's a thousand miles out at sea,
Everyday I feel like she's right next to me.
Out there she fights for my freedom,
Hoping something good will come.
But I can't stand missing her anymore,
As I spend my days and nights laying by the door.
Praying she'll come home soon,
I remember her by her perfume.
I've been thinking, Santa, if she's on your way,
Would you mind bringing her home this holiday?
Dear Santa, all I want this year is her,
Cross off the toys and games, she's what I want sir.
And Santa, it's my fear,
That I won't see her again this year.
Don't make another Christmas miserable,
Please, bring her home if it's no trouble.
I have the picture of us underneath my pillow,
I listen for her voice to come in through the window.
I miss her goodbye hug and her hello kiss,
Is she aware she's the one I miss?
The tree is up and I have a weird sensation,
This year we put time and dedication.
We didn't put up the star because that was your place,
Come home soon, I miss your face.
There's not much cheer and caroling over there,
I have the book you read to me just so you know I care.
Yes, the house is clean, dishes done, and the is trash taken out,
I know what you're thinking about.
Santa, I miss her dearly,
She's the world too me.
So this year, please, I need to know,
Will you bring her home and not let her go?
Dear Santa, all I want this year is her,
Cross off the toys and games, she's what I want sir.
And Santa, it's my fear,
That I won't see her again this year.
Don't make another Christmas miserable,
Please, bring her home if it's no trouble.
I've been good all year Santa, please don't don't deny my wish,
I'm giving up everything for this.
You're the one who makes dreams come true,
So grant me this please, Santa, I beg you!

Dear Santa,
I sent you my list,

Santa, for this Christmas, I'm asking you please,
Bring her home for me...
