Did you ever care?

It was one day, one day out of your week. That you were responsible for showing up. But you couldn't even manage that. I have people telling me you care. But someone who cares would atleast put some effort into seeing her own daughter. Did you ever really care about me? I used to think so but now I'm not sure. Accusations fly around me, rumors. Of things that you did. I had absolute faith in you, but should I have?
