Epitome Of Motherly Perfection
No matter what happens,
Everything will be okay.
No matter the change,
I’ll still be able to say
That you were always there,
To show me the way.
You helped me go through,
Every tough day.
You are the epitome,
Of motherly perfection.
I hope I grow up to be,
As good a mother as you.
You always tried you best,
You took all the precautions.
You made me into who I am,
It took hard work and exhaustion.
No one handed you a book,
No step by step instructions.
But I turned out to be,
To your satisfaction.
You are the epitome,
Of motherly perfection.
I hope I grow up to be,
As good a mother as you.
When my day goes wrong,
Or when I scrape my knee,
I know that you will,
Stand beside me.
Held tightly in your arms,
Is where I long to be.
Safe and protected,
For all of eternity.
You are the epitome,
Of motherly perfection.
I want to you to see,
How much I love you.
