Thank You For The Pain
Looking back now I see the wrong you've done
Looking at myself now I see how strong I've become
I was the odd one out
I was the one always being pushed around
But look at me now see how far I've come
Look at me now whats done is done
So tell me do you regret ever doubting me
Do you regret ever hurting me
Because all you did was make me stronger
So I thank you for all the “you're uglies”
And I thank you for the “rot in hells”
And I thank you for all the damage you've ever done to me
Oh, thank you thank you with all my heart
Oh, I don't know where I would be without you
Oh, you're such an inspiration
The scars on my arms are reminders of the tears I've shed
They remind me of the cold lonely nights spent in bed
With no one to tell me when the pain will all end
I remember when the blood gushed out of
My wound and all you did was stare
You didn't care, I was dying right in front of you
You didn't care, you turned your back and walked away
So I thank you for all the “you're uglies”
And I thank you for the “rot in hells”
And I thank you for all the damage you've ever done to me
And now you're looking at me with sorrowful eyes
Trying to apologize for everything that you've done
But don't you see the smile on my face
Don't you realize (realize)
You brought me down but I only rose higher
You pushed me around but now I can stand my ground
And I'm telling you
I'm thankful for all the pain you've caused me
For all the tears and blood I've shed for you
I'm thanking you(I'm thanking you), I'm thanking you (I'm thanking you), I'm thanking you (I'm thanking you)
I'm thanking you for the pain
