Russian Roulette
My best isn't enough
Can't I just give up?
It's not selfish when no one cares
Something's left for me?
My dull eyes see nothing
Only the cold metal in my hand will treat me fair
So fire it up into the air
Let it fall, I'll keep my nerve
Finally I get what I deserve
So stain the soothing silence with my bloody scream
Tear apart perfection from its very seams
You don't know what's in my head
You never knew that I wish I was dead
I can't bear to pretend that your eyes aren't blind
Dismay is in your voice, I know I'm such a b****
I cover up my wrists, you know they've always itched
The self-infliction was the thing that calmed my mind
So pull the trigger, let it fly
Aim it straight, it'll hit its mark
Through my head and not my heart
It ricochets around to let them all know how
I died on impulse, fed up, and not mentally sound
Russian roulette is played with nothing but a gun
If death is not dramatic, then it isn't any fun
