and knee sprains,

But the results
are what you’ll prefer,
In the beginning
it’s all a blur.
But one day
you will learn,
everything you have
you have earned.
But what happens
when you stop
will you be proud
or will you not.
Only thing holding you back
is your own thought.
Hold your head high
you’ll get there,
just be ancient and breath the fresh air.
It’s not easy
and never will be,
but the harder worker succeeds,
certainly but slowly.
