Blank
Confusing, anxious, and nervous.
We are all waiting.
Everything has gone by so slowly as the day arrives.
It came
but early and in an unusual way.
To our dread we must wait again.
No talking. No touching. Feels like I haven't seen you in a year.
Thought this would bring us joy but brought us tears.
Now we are void and with fear, as we keep waiting to hear.
Days are empty with blank thought of future.
Nothing gets done, nothing to hear.
I've given up on fear.
I tear with what I've done.
I'd take it back and start with a blank slate. Unfortunately, its not an easy fix.
Our lives will never be the same.
No matter what.
We to make this a blank space in our memory.
Never to touch, try not to remember.
The feelings are numbed and so are the memories
of that once wonderful day of 11 dash 7.
Keep it blank forever.
