A single snowflake
Drifting in the night
Carried by the wind with no particular place to go
Where should I go?
What should I do?
Why was I brought upon here into the vast earth?

What is this wild fantasy
Standing in my way
Where is this golden treasure
That the world has promised us all
Why am I floating in circles
When all the treasure has been stolen
Scattered across the earth and into oblivion

But my flame of hope
Has not died in the blizzard
Bits and pieces of the gold
Still scattered across the maze of this forest
Though I am one in a million
I am quite unlike any other
The flame of hope will guide me through the calm and storm

The flame will soon melt the snowflake
But until then
I will be the conquerer of this forest
