Long Lost, Not Yet Forgoten...
I can see your face no longer,
As I look up at the sky,
I thought my heart was stronger,
But it fears to say good-bye.
I can hear your voice no more,
As I wonder in the rain,
My heart is getting sore,
Of hiding all the pain.
Farewell my friend, farewell to you,
You’ve been here and now you’re gone.
While you were here the sky shone blue,
And now the sky’s reduced to none.
And what’s become of me?
A simple fate
I believed that dreams come true,
But now it’s way too late,
To convince me that they do.
No thing can make you return,
For your life is done and over,
Its regret that makes me burn,
For not doing great and noble.
I long for you single kiss,
On my forehead as a blessing.
You’re the one I miss,
And will always keep on missing.
