A room without a book is like a body without a soul.

An invisible sun sets into dark
And granite gray clouds fill the dark night sky
While icy rain falls and leaves its cold mark
And lightning lace decorates, not so shy.

On the streets cars cower in their places
And people cover up ever so warm
In their houses alone in their spaces
And children watch wideeyed in their own dorms.

Thunder like horses sound like in battle
Each time static lights up the darkened night
And downward tree's weakened limbs do hurtle
When winds shows, revealling its might.

But to sleep do you fall, free to sweet dreams,
Where sweetened happiness runs through the seams.
