Dysphoria
As I sit here alone and destitute
Now thinking upon all our useless hate
All other problems now seem so acute
I realize what will be my dark fate
To not have you in my life would be cruel
I'm sure I couldn't bear this lonesome cold
Still giving to you my whole heart and soul
But I was soon to find that they were sold
All I have ever done for you was care
And you just threw that back into my face
I hope you know that if you had just been there
Then in my heart you would still have a place
I only wish you knew how I loved you
Then maybe you could have love me too
