Heart of Steel
My love in my heart died
And then it filled with sadness
Many people asked me why
My life began flowing with madness
They gave me their love and hugs
But I knew they weren't divine
I felt as if my life was full of bugs
And my mouth was a straight line
I kept moving day by day
With a scowl and a fowl look
And spend my time planning on running away
I feel like dirt and soot
Till' one day Jesus tugged at my heart
And I knew that I could have a brand new start.
