To whom it may concern (and you know who you are)
I've lost what I have loved
And I've learned from past mistakes
But you are still my beloved
And it still hurts when I think of the love my heart still makes
You were my everything
And I could have given you the world
But no matter what I couldn't get your heart to sing
Why, I have often wondered, was it that your heart never twirled.
Now that we're "over" I don't feel empty or sad
No, for me its more of an anger.
Though, I cannot lie, I do hope you one day feel bad
Because, more than anything, its your fault you became a stranger.
This cumulation of letters and words is more than just therapy to me,
It is more to show you how much we meant and what we could've grown to be.
