Guess How I Feel
Lack of will. No desire to continue
With the tediousness of life. Please cease
The looks and the judgment of more than a few.
With scowls so frigid they make me freeze.
Nothing can propel me to proceed with
The shell of a life I am forced to live.
Being truly joyful is simply myth;
Nothing of joy can my life ever give.
Seeing glimpses, visions, of what could be,
But it is just far enough out of grasp.
My life is a burden for I can see
The pain that I caused will forever last.
Yet from day to day I only show the
Façade that society wants to see.
