Dinosonnet
Ruffles in the grass heard from far away
The smaller creature runs, and tries to flee
Through the trees, he emerges with a “Hey!”
We humans here a roar being let free
He is like the lion except, not sly
He stomps sonorously through the terrain
And his prey stoops low wishing he could fly
The predator swoops down, his weight a train
He did not think, he should’ve know he’s tall
He began to lean, falling to the ground
He tumbled onto the grass, crushing all
And He landed with a horrendous sound
So the pleased praising prey took his long leave
For his life, he had managed to retrieve.
