An Edgy Confrentation

I never had a girl, I need a date/
I didn't want to ask any girl out/
The lady i choose will decide my fate/
Then my eyes saw her, she was mine no doubt/
Her name was Katie; I think she'll say yes/
I'm nervous, but I wont be a coward/
I went to her and noticed I'm a mess/
And as I got closer my sweat showered/
As she saw me, she began tto smile/
I realized that it was now or never/
Speaking to her is not very easy/
What I'll say will affect me for ever/
So, I asked her "Will you go out with me?"
She smiled and said, "Sure, when are you free?"//
