Your eyes are glazed and dull,
where is your once bright light?
You act as if each day is dark and droll,
are you even still alive?
You walk about with disinterest
hiding from your past.
I believe it may take a tempest
to shake your stony mask.
Do you remember how you used to be?
How you used to laugh?
You used to see the good in everything;
now I want to bring you back.
Tell me is your heart still good and kind,
under the mask you hide behind.
