The Labor House
The labor house is just above the dusk
We will work continuously all day
It would be more joyful to search through hay
If we plea for a break we get a "tisk tisk"
The two weeks just seemed so brisk
Sleep should have found me I say
I am in front of the screen dreading the next day
I dread the sound of birds at dusk
I will finish this though
This silly little thing
The labor house is waiting
About an hour down the road
I wasn't too tired when the alarm ring
Hopefully, my body is ready for the enslaving
