Come Back
I so dearly long to see your face.
I wish to hear your voice once more,
Dropping my knees to the floor.
Please present me your grace.
I’m always missing those childhood days,
Laughing together at the arcadia door,
In which my brother walks into once more.
Your husband and I swimming our race.
But you’re no longer here,
Gone with the wind,
Watching over my siblings and I.
Seeing you no longer is a fear.
My scars will eventually mend,
And I will see you up in the sky.
