Starting as a meek, precious little seed
It seems unimportant with no future
But with some help and guidance it did need
To sprout into something so very pure
A small green leaf peeping through the ground
It saw the sun and thought it was so high
That no other seed would believe what it found
When a flower said soon you will touch the sky
And alas it did in no time at all
It began with a trunk then branches and leaves
To grow so tall that animals would call
To ask what was beyond, that the tree sees
