The Beautiful Songs

You hear the music start to play and then
The breeze beings to carry it away.
It floats across the grass and leaves, again
The rhythm brings some energy today.
The beat and drums start playing, but instead
It makes your foot tap out a certain beat.
Then others join and faces turn ahead.
You huff and puff when dance and song do meet.
Tonight the music carries you along.
It brings some calm like comfort in the breeze.
The wind it breaths when singing its own song.
The melodies begin to sound with ease
Each note is beautiful in its affect
And your own song is made as they collect
